We were the first in the United States to import Swedish oats all the way back in 1983! Our decades of experience in the grain industry, not to mention our encyclopedic knowledge of the grain supply chain and management for distilleries gives us a leg up on our competition.
Our History
After almost 50 years in the Grain Industry, Erica Fields is taking her broad experience and creating Fields Consulting, LLC as a way of continuing on in the industry she loves. During her years in the industry her experience included trading, transportation management, customer relations, market analysis and developing supply chain solutions. Her years of experience gives her a unique perspective on several end use industries that she focused on in her career.
